In partnership with Compass Envision and SSOE, we’re helping shape the next generation of Toyota’s workplace dining experience at its new North Carolina Battery Plant, scheduled to open in 2026.
Spanning 16,000 square feet, the space is designed as both a central commissary and a front-of-house café that anchors the campus dining experience. Beyond serving daily meals, the café functions as a high-performance hub, equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen that fuels multiple venues across the 5–6 buildings on site.
Over the course of two years, Rayvn led the architectural, interior design, and MEP coordination, working closely with Compass Envision and SSOE to transform early schematic layouts into a fully integrated, build-ready environment.
The result is a scalable design framework that can be deployed across future Toyota facilities, a high-performing, human-centered environment that mirrors Toyota’s culture of innovation and precision. When Café 804 opens in 2026, it will stand as both the heart of the campus and a model for how design, engineering, and purpose can come together to build spaces that work as beautifully as they look.
